The Developmental Services Center's, "Tree of Hope" campaign is something I look forward to every year. DSC provides individuals with disabilities services and support necessary to live, work, learn and participate in their communities. But they can't do it alone. Every year they introduce us to a family that really exemplifies what the organization does for so many in the community. This year it's the Johnsons and I got a chance to meet Zoe and her mom, Kinetta. Zoe was extremely sweet, and a little sleepy (hey, it's early!) but she didn't hesitate when I asked her to pose for this picture. You can read Zoe's full story here and learn about how you can help DSC continue to help so many in Champaign-Urbana.
